Privacy Policy

HeyCC ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use HeyCC.

1. Data Collection

HeyCC does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All conversations and API keys are stored locally on your device.

2. API Communication

When you use HeyCC, your messages are sent directly to your configured AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint of your choice). We do not proxy, log, or store these communications. Please refer to your AI provider's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

3. Local Storage

• Conversations — stored in a local SwiftData database on your device
• API keys — stored in the iOS Keychain (encrypted at rest)
• Preferences — stored in UserDefaults (local to your device)

4. iCloud Sync (Your Private Container)

HeyCC syncs conversations, memory entries, tool-call records, and model groups to your own Private iCloud CloudKit Database, scoped to the iCloud account signed in on this device. This makes your data restorable across your devices and after reinstall.

Important properties of this sync:

• The CloudKit container is private to your Apple ID. Apple does not read its contents.
• HeyCC's servers never see this content — sync happens directly between your device and Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
• You can disable sync anytime in System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → HeyCC, or by signing out of iCloud.
• If iCloud is not signed in, HeyCC works fully offline using only local storage.

5. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic API (when you configure it)
• OpenAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, and other LLM APIs (when you configure them)
• Apple CloudKit Private Database (for cross-device sync, see above)
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs

6. Tracking

HeyCC does not track you across apps or websites. We do not use IDFA. Our PrivacyInfo manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false.

隐私政策

HeyCC（以下简称"我们"或"本应用"）非常重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明使用 HeyCC 时数据的处理方式。

1. 数据收集

HeyCC 不会收集、存储或向我们的服务器传输任何个人数据。所有对话和 API 凭证均仅存储在你的设备本地。

2. API 通信

使用 HeyCC 时，你的消息会直接发送到你配置的 AI 服务商（Anthropic、OpenAI、MiniMax、DeepSeek 或其他兼容 OpenAI 协议的端点）。我们不代理、不记录、不存储这些通信。请参阅对应服务商的隐私政策了解其数据处理方式。

3. 本地存储

• 对话 — 保存在设备本地的 SwiftData 数据库
• API 凭证 — 保存在 iOS Keychain（加密存储）
• 偏好设置 — 保存在 UserDefaults（仅本机）

4. iCloud 同步（你自己的私有容器）

HeyCC 会把对话、记忆条目、工具调用记录、模型分组同步到与本机 Apple ID 绑定的私有 iCloud CloudKit 数据库。这样数据可以在多设备之间恢复、重装后找回。

重要说明：

• 此 CloudKit 容器是你 Apple ID 私有的，Apple 不读取其内容
• HeyCC 的服务器从不接触这些数据 —— 同步直接发生在你的设备与 Apple CloudKit 之间
• 可随时在 系统设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → HeyCC 关闭，或退出 iCloud
• 未登录 iCloud 时，HeyCC 完全离线工作，仅用本地存储

5. 第三方服务

• Anthropic API（按你的配置）
• OpenAI、MiniMax、DeepSeek 等其他 LLM API（按你的配置）
• Apple CloudKit 私有数据库（用于跨设备同步，详见上文）
• 不集成任何分析、追踪或广告 SDK

6. 追踪

HeyCC 不会跨 App 或网站追踪你。我们不使用 IDFA。隐私清单声明 NSPrivacyTracking = false。
